Value Fencing® PVC Cape Winelands Expands to New High-Tech Facility in Paarl
Franchise outgrows current premises; new larger workshop with CNC router and PVC mitered welding bench boosts efficiency, and on-site showroom enhances customer experience. PAARL, Western Cape – May 27, 2025 – Value Fencing® PVC Cape Winelands announced today that it will relocate to a new, larger facility at Unit 9, Anterama Park, 35–41 Drommedaris Street, Paarl, 7646. The move, effective June 1, 2025, is driven by surging demand that has seen the franchise outgrow its previous premises in the Cape Winelands region. The new facility in Paarl is significantly larger and equipped with high-tech machinery designed to streamline production. Key upgrades at the site include:
Expanded workshop: Additional floor space to handle higher production volume and larger projects.
Advanced CNC router: Computer-controlled precision cutting for custom designs, ensuring greater accuracy and faster fabrication.
PVC mitered welding bench: Specialized equipment for seamless welding of PVC components at precise angles, enhancing product strength and finish.
On-site showroom: A dedicated showroom (opening June 1, 2025) where customers can explore the range of PVC fencing, gates, balustrades, and pergolas in person.
These upgrades are set to significantly speed up Value Fencing’s manufacturing process, enabling shorter lead times for installation projects. The increased efficiency means customers across the Cape Winelands – from Paarl and Wellington to Franschhoek and Worcester – will benefit from quicker turnaround times without any compromise on the quality and durability that Value Fencing is known for. For customers, the addition of an on-site showroom will also provide a more interactive experience. Clients will be able to see life-sized examples of Value Fencing’s products up close and receive expert guidance in a dedicated space at the new facility. “We have been extremely fortunate to see such growth that we’ve outgrown our original workshop,” said Willie Labuschagne, Managing Director of Value Fencing PVC Franchise Group. “The support from our clients in the Cape Winelands region has been incredible, and this move is a direct result of that success. Upgrading to a larger facility allows us to increase capacity and continue delivering the top-quality, maintenance-free PVC fencing our customers expect.” “For us, innovation and customer service go hand in hand,” Labuschagne added. “By investing in cutting-edge equipment like a CNC router and a specialized PVC mitered welding bench, we can manufacture our products faster and more precisely than ever before. Ultimately, this means our clients get their fencing projects completed sooner without any compromise on quality or durability. We’re also excited to open a new showroom at the Paarl facility to give customers a first-hand look at our PVC solutions, which is all part of enhancing their experience with our brand.”
