At the heart of CoolMilk’s model are solar-powered Rapid Chilling Centres (RCCs) — modular, off-grid containerised units that rapidly cool milk to below 4°C within minutes of collection. These units are equipped with IoT sensors, Wi-Fi surveillance, and veterinary oversight, ensuring every litre of milk is safe, traceable, and processor ready.
